Annual Membership

This Agreement will begin on the Start Date and will automatically renew on an annual basis until terminated by you or us in writing (email, U.S.Mail).

There is an annual membership fee which includes your first locker and one complimentary round-trip service (delivery and pick-up) per year. Additional lockers are available including golf and ski/snowboard storage bags. All fees are due and payable to JHL thirty (30) days in advance of the anniversary of your start date.

You agree to pay a minimum of one (1) year’s membership and storage fees for all lockers stored under this Agreement, even if your property is stored for less time. Storage charges will not be prorated or adjusted for partial years and no refunds will be granted for prepaid storage charges if you terminate this Agreement before the end of a billing cycle. You will also be required to pay the applicable state sales tax in addition to all storage and other service charges.

A Schedule of Fees is available on our Website and may be adjusted from time to time as first stated above. Any adjustments will not affect the other terms of this Agreement.

You authorize JHL to charge all applicable fees to the credit card on-file. It is your responsibility to timely update any credit card/payment information with us. A late fee will be assessed if payment is not received within five (5) business days of the “anniversary” of the Start Date.

This Agreement may be terminated by either party with at least thirty (30) days written notice. Upon notice of termination, you must pay all outstanding fees, including but not limited to any storage fees due for the period in which the termination occurs and the fees associated with the final delivery of your lockers to you. Upon receipt of all fees due to JHL, we will deliver your lockers to you. You agree to return each locker in the same condition as was delivered to you, normal wear excepted. The rates and terms of this Agreement will remain in effect until all property has been delivered to you and lockers have been returned to JHL.

4. Storage Guidelines

JHL will provide you with storage lockers for your personal property. All items must fit inside the locker with the lids and/or zippers closed and secured. A weight limit has been established for each type of locker as follows.

  • 50lbs per bin
  • 40lbs per golf bag
  • 25lbs per ski/snowboard bag

There is a limit of one pair of skis, one snowboard, or one golf set per locker. Please order one locker for each set you wish to store. Overweight lockers are subject to additional handling and storage fees. We reserve the right to refuse pick-up of any locker in excess of these weight limits.

You agree not to store with JHL or place in lockers any of the following prohibited items: firearms, explosives, drugs or drug paraphernalia, living things, stolen items, perishable items, fragile materials, valuable documents, currency, jewelry, fine art, or anything that is otherwise dangerous to store or handle.

You should not store any property with JHL that requires a climate controlled environment.

JHL reserves the right to refuse pick-up or to request immediate removal of a locker or property for any reason. We will not pick up lockers that are left open, unzipped, or visibly damaged.

5. Scheduling Services

All services require 7 days advance reservation by phone or email. We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee last minute requests – additional fees apply. Hours of operation are from 8am-8pm Monday through Saturday.

Your lockers will be dropped off at the Reception Desk of your hotel, resort, condo, property managers office, or other specified location. You, resort staff, or someone else that you have authorized must be present at the location for each delivery and pick-up. If you are unable to have someone sign for your lockers, you may choose to give written authorization for us to leave your lockers unattended at a location of your choice. We will not deliver lockers without written authorization or a signature from an authorized person and you will be charged for the service as if it were completed.
